Sea To Sea Communications Inc. has provided voice processing solutions since 1991.
We've sold, installed and serviced business telephone systems since the
company was founded, and we're a charter Samsung Telecommunications
dealer.
VoiceTrak was our original DOS-based call processing and voice mail system
and was marketed through a national
network of telephone dealers until July of 1997 when it was sold to another company.
The proceeds funded development of WavMail, our Windows-based system.
GetMyHomework was added in 2002 and extends WavMail with special features for
schools.
Daily Lifeline is a special implementation designed to help sustain
independent living for senior citizens through a daily check-in. Any
non-profit organization can implement Daily Lifeline, but churches find the
system helps support ministries throughout the church. Prayer requests,
multiple dial-a-prayer messages, an information center and a message center are
just a few of the features.
The original VoiceTrak system returned to Sea To Sea Communications in
June of 2006 upon the retirement of Mr. Ken Masters from VoiceTrak
LLC. We also added CallTrak, AVM and the VoiceTrak 2000
windows-based CTI application at the same time.
We are an applications-based operation. Describe your needs
and we'll help match you to the best solution from our list of voice
mail packages.
WavMail, Daily Lifeline and GetMyHomework
WavMail, Daily Lifeline and GetMyHomework share a common source-code
base. All WavMail features are available in the two other products, so all
can be used as voice mail systems. It's possible to simultaneously
deploy all 3 products on the same platform. This is practical in a
larger church with a school and senior outreach ministry - and only one
software license is required.
WavMail is a pure 32-bit windows-based call processing and voice mail system that
utilizes Internet and LAN technology. Development started in 1996.
Messages can be retrieved via phone as with most voice mail systems.
Messages may also be retrieved and mailboxes maintained through any modern browser over an Internet connection. The browser interface gives users more
power and flexibility, and can reduce the number of 'ports' required for connection to
your telephone equipment.
WavMail also includes e-mail integration. WavMail can send all your voice messages to your
existing e-mail box as WAV file attachments. Just click the message to
play over your PC. With WavMail you can play your messages by phone,
web or e-mail.
WavMail can also provide
notification of new voice messages by sending an e-mail message.
Example: When you receive a voice message in WavMail, an e-mail message
can be sent to your pager or cell phone to let you know a new message has been
received.
A unique script editor opens the system to allow modification or custom development.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications can be easily developed with the
optional script editor.
